Default constructor.
Creates an invalid handle.

CallFunc0C(const TriggerC & trig)
Convert from a base handle.
If the base handle is of another type, and invalid handle is generated.

CallFunc0C(bool issueErrorOnCall)
NoOp constructor.
if issueErrorOnCall a function which causes the equivelent of a assertion failure is called. Otherwise the call returns silently.
